Sasol Ferngate

Yesterday after just before 5 I stopped to put in R400 fuel. I only had R200 notes and after sitting in traffic and a busy day, I in error gave the petrol attendant (lady) 4 x 200 (R800). She did not say anything (and I even tipped her) and unfortunately I only realized this morning that I was missing R400 (exactly). I did call but unfortunately this was not very successful. Just wondering if there are still any honest people with integrity out there. Do the petrol stations have camera's where I could perhaps prove" this? I am not complaining about the service at all as this was good and done with a smile."

Really thought I could get a decent coffee and something to eat. Coffee cold and no food in any of the display counters. And this is at 08h00 on a Thursday morning. Then after spending over a R1000 on fuel they still expect you to pay to use the bathroom. I really feel sorry for the staff to have to work under the management at this sasol.

Bad service and owner refuses to do Sasol rewards card. You would think in an area like this they would be on top of their game.

Pathetic customer service with lazy petrol attendant. The service is even more appaling when they don't recognize your face or when you seem unfamiliar with the place. With such characters working there, this petrol station should be located somewhere in the Karoo. Just this month I went there twice and twice I had to wait until I stormed out of the car to ask for assistance. This is poor management because monitoring and supervision is nonexistent.

Efficient Car Wash, friendly forecourt service, limited selection of products in bakery but great stuff and products in convienice store priced correctly. Clean toilets. Enjoy shopping here !

I went to your carwash, the car was only half way done. It was my wife's car. There was an old man, who came out and he was extremely rude and just started spraying the car, the girls were not even done yet. He treated his staff so badly, it was shocking. There was a stain on the car and he told me to go buy a degreaser when the carwash has that. His own staff told me not to buy any as they have it. My wife's car was still dirty, so I drove down the road and got the car washed again at the BP carwash. I live in Dainfern so this station is very close to me, and I will not use this station in future. I'll tell my family and friends in the estate not to use them either. To the owner, sir you have a lovely gas station but your guy has no idea how to treat customers and his staff with respect. If you get rid of him and get someone else to motivate your staff rather than humiliate your business, it will be more productive and profitable.

Came there hoping to get my car washed. Paid for the wash, received my token and waited in line for the customer in front of me. As I was waiting, I was approached and told that the customer in front of me did not have a token, and that I should give him my token and it will be returned to me after they finished washing his car. I agreed, gave him my token. When they were done washing his car, they come up to me and tell me that there's no token available and after the waiting I had done, I must wait again for the owner to come back so that I could get a token. Another one customer who had paid after me was prioritized before me. And I was mislead into thinking that I'd be attended to, after he was helped. Not a great customer experience. Will not be coming back to fill up or for a wash anytime soon. That was one of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I have been a customer at this Sasol since I was a child, always greeted with a smile and friendly service. I forgot my wallet there after shopping recently, they kept it for me and I picked it up with EVERYTHING I had left in it!

Absolute joke of a Petrol Station. 2 attendants on service and cars waiting for petrol. Go inside shop and nobody to serve you coffee or hot foods. Teller yells for 5min to try get someone and nobody comes.

I have a good experience at the petrol filling but the experience got spoiled when I bought coffee. The name Baristha bros got a very bad name ( bad tast in my mouth) to me now. I will not stop at a garage that have a flag like that again.
