Prepaid Electricity and Water Revenue Management and Vending Solution

I really wish I could remove this netvendor meterbox. Their electricity finishes quickly, there's always some techinical error when buying their electricity. I buy electricity and call them then they tell me there's nothing they can do. Worst service ever!!!

Paid by Zapper then nothing. No token received. (Has worked in the past). Tried calling their helpline but not available after normal working hours. Should be 24/7 IMHO.

Sadly after-sales service is really hard to get once you have had them install your prepaid meter. Wish I could motivate them to respond to my calls and emails. The system behind the pre-paid meters is flawed in that your actual supply is open to being disconnected by the municipality inspite of purchasing tokens - unless you as the customer remain involved in the monthly municipal billing. This strikes me as a heavily flawed process.

After hour sales really really suck. I can't get water anywhere else in this bloody place. You should maybe try and make provision for after hour sales for water as well. I am really disappointed. And hate NETVENDOR
