Received assistance icw problem of overpaid rates & taxes, after numerous phone calls to NMBM, they still deducted but never cancelled debit order for whole year, couldn't get refunded. Property was sold, still deducted for rates & taxes.

Very good service so far. Went in, asked my query and left. Didn't wait long and there were several staff including someone outside to help guide. I will update to 5 once my issue is solvedUpdate: came back in with documents needed got ask to check my cell number, printed and paid. Only at home did I realise my ID number and landline were wrong.Please check your details before you leave the premises

Need 2 staff to spray hands and take temperatures when covid rules have been relaxed. Then in addition another 2 staff members talking to hand sprayers when there is a queue of people waiting.

Took a while due to covid restrictions, but the employees were very helpful and kind. Ignore the bad reviews and learn to have patience. Everyone is trying their best. Thanks again Walmer Municipality Customer Care for your help. Much appreciated.

Was there this morning 27/7/2021 from 7:35 to make sure i am in time for 8AM. No one there. Notice of closure in the window. Lockdown levil 4 is past as of Sunday so why are they not there. I am sure they get their salaries. I was there over an hour waiting and hoping they will open up.
