WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I called beforehand to ask if they could assist in laminating 1 thing in A2 size. When I arrived the lady struggled to switch the plastic from matte to gloss for 40 minutes. I stood waiting. Others were helped before me and left. 2 other gentleman attempted to help her but she couldn’t do it. Management came over to help twice but left her with the job. She is incapable of doing it whilst others are reluctant to help her, watching her struggle for almost an hour. Once the machine finally got switched on, the plastic meshed together and created a jam. After waiting almost an hour, I stated how pathetic this service was (after calling ahead of time!!) and left with my unlaminated picture. Just wasted so much time. Do not go here.

Was really pleased with the quality and service! Super friendly and accommodating staff. The owner Gayle, personally greeted me and enquired if everything was good which it was.they really do everything. thank you MinuteMan and staff.

Used Minitman Press Stellenbosch for the past few years (even referred other businesses to them). Service was always very good but lately the service is absalutely pathetic! Struggled to get a print out of them for over two months, they take weeks to send new quotes and staff always full of excuses. The worst of all is that the owner doesn't return any of my calls (left four messages over the past two months to resolve this) but still nothing.Unlike in the past, I would not recommend anyone to use them.

Unhelpful and unfriendly. Told me work would take 2 days which another print shop did in 5 minutes for me, without making me feel like I was imposing on their time. I’ll happily take my business elsewhere.

What amazing service! I was so well looked after in printing my brochures today, being met with caring customer service and professional design skills. I am a very happy customer and will definitely make use of Minuteman Stellenbosch’s services again in the future!

Pathetic! Handed in memory stick for them to print +- 200 black and white copies on Tuesday morning. He said they are a bit busy, they will phone me when done. Did not hear anything from them and went back by Wednesday afternoon just to find out that they haven't had time to do it! This one star rating is actually a compliment to them for all the wrong reasons!

Not the best of service or experience..... Minuteman became 5Days man.Not delivering on time for 2 consecutive weeks. Unacceptable.

After years of using minuteman press printing services I found this Stellenbosch branch very disappointing. No one responds to the inquiries on emails and no one answers the phone. I have been printing with minuteman press in Cape Town CBD (Loop Street) and they were too responsive even with my emergency orders. I have been too satisfied with Minuteman Printing that I thought I should trust the brand. But it looks like services differ according to branches.
