Whilst I never dealt with anyone specifically I really appreciated the email communications during the whole order and delivery process!The Black Friday offer of 30% off was greatly received as well :)

Gave im my grandfathers watch more than 3 weeks ago. They told me they will contact me within 2 weeks to give me a quote on the watch, and it would then take 8weeks to be fixed. Called 2 days ago and the gentleman said they will call me within the day.Called again 2 days later and a lady(@woodlands Seiko) told me that it would take 8 weeks to get a quote then it will only be fixed. I tried to explain to her that they told me 2weeks and I will get a quote but she was so rude and kept interrupting me. She told me that i am not the only customer who wants everything done over night..... That was not my point if you would have let me speak you would understand why I am upset. They told me one thing and it was a lie. She then told me that they might not even have parts for the watch.She was so rude, and her customer service skills suck. I hope that call was recorded so that she can hear herself get defensive and rude to a simple enquiry. I was told one thing and it was not the truth. When I bring it up in a call I'm am apparently demanding for simply wanting a truthful time frame of when I can get a fixed watch back that has more sentimental value than you can think

I had placed an order for a seiko sbp143 online. I sent numerous emails requesting updates I did get a reply stating that I would be informed when stock arrived. I then called the PTA store and was told a watch had come in but was returned to head office as no one had purchased it. I did not receive any information that a watch was available for sale. my emails were essentially ignored. I was told by the new operations manager that this would change in the future. It unfortunately is too late for apologies. Not the best service especially for watch collectors looking for specific models. Disappointing.

What a pleasure dealing with informed, knowledgable and helpful staff. Not something that you come across often in retail stores these days. Visited the store for a gift for my wife and ended up buying myself a watch too. Great service, keep it up

Looking through some of the past comments, it appears little has changed over the years as it relates to online purchases and deliveries. I have followed all available channels to raise concern on the delayed delivery on a watch I recently purchased, only to be greeted by robot answering machines and automated email responses.As of the time of writing, I have now had to wait nearly two weeks.It is extremely frustrating to be kept in the dark on something as simple as an online fulfilment of an order.- The order is placed- The payment confirmed- Item is picked- Item is packed- Item is shipped- Tracking information sent to clientWhat is the hold-up? I cannot believe that the Black-Friday demand should place such a burden on a company as established as Seiko Boutique?
