They claim to have fast delivery but everything is super slow and you get no update on your order at all, the website just says your order is processing forever. Also their refund process is terrible.

Timewasters. If you're looking for Liqui Moly products, imho better to just order direct, which is what I did after correspondence with green machine went cold. Easy ordering process with Liqui Moly and products arrived as expected.
