Every time I have brought one of my cats i have had to wait for at least 5 minutes before a good morning from the receptionists. The vets are lovely however it is very much a put off

The receptionist are the rudest young women I have ever encountered. They you they ignore you and make you stand at the reception whilst they type on their computer. No greetings.Some staff training needs to be done. The vets are lovely

This veterinary practice is situated in the heart of Glenashley and is easily accessible.The parking area is very spacious which provides easy access to the property and to the practice.The staff are very friendly and helpful and compassionate as they come accross lot's of different scenarios each day.The waiting are is very spacious and comfortable and has a large selection of pet foods on display.The vet's take good care of your pet and this leaves you feeling at ease which is what you need.Having to take your animal to the vet can be quite traumatic for both parties but rest assured that you are in a environment that will take excellent care of your pet at all times.The front office staff are very friendly and efficient and you are made to feel at ease.I know of a case where a very sick old dog was taken in for treatment and after a few days went home and is enjoying a new lease on life and is giving such joy to her owners.

Awesome place to take ur pet. Good advice given, and they really take their time with ur pet, U not just taken as another number.

The staff are all amazing from the ladies in reception through to the staff in the back and the knowledgeable and friendly vets. Our pets have always been treated with love and care. Prices are reasonable and you can get your pets food, medication and other supplies. Worth a visit!

First visit as had to take my 15yr old cat in today. Had all options explained and was able to make the right decision for her. Thank you for your gentleness with her.

A wonderful practice with excellent staff. The vet I met with was so attentive and thorough. Good prices, a spacious waiting room, and adequate parking also. Highly recommended!
