Our Miele washing machine broke down and quote was R8k from the agents. Through a few referrals got hold of Marius who refurbished the pc bord for R1,200 Machine is working 100% this morning, great service!!!!

Good service if you pay them. But the minute they have to refund you, you struggle to get you money back from them . Lost of stories and then you struggle to get hold of them. The Owner Andre van Zyl got his number however this number is permanently on caller not available. This is a pity service but for them to refund you this is extremely bad.

Great place to look for a deal. Second hand appliances and repairs, tiny little storefront, but knowledgeable staff. Masks required (As at May 2020) and sanitizer at the door. Definitely go check them out if you need your stuff repaired or want to pick up a deal on home appliances.

You couldn't ask for a better experience!! They are professional, and patient with clients. They repaired my dishwasher and refused to release it until it was 100% working. The attention to detail they provide is second to none.UPDATE : Since Marius passes away, the shop has been under new management. AND THEY DON'T CARE!!!! No interest in client care at all.

The guys here are great . I was looking for a part for my washing machine . I must have phoned 10 different shops and nothing . They tried to order the part but the wrong part was supplied . I think Jacques could hear the desperation in my voice . About half an hour later he phoned me to inform me they have the part I need . Brilliant service . Thanks guys and lady at the front desk !

Originally was impressed with their service to repair my dishwasher that sprung a leak. Quick, friendly, well priced.Then the issues started.A few days later it was leaking again. This time a different issue and the part was twice as much. Almost R2k for the repair.Then AGAIN, a 3rd time, a week later there is another issue. when running there is whining sound and the door is loose, the one hinge was not secured properly so the door has no soft opening and will just drop if left.This is a top of range dishwasher, not something cheap
