I bought a DVR from them a couple of months ago. The DVR was tampered and scratches. They sold me a used DVR, you can see that is has been opened and used. Probably a defect from previous customer that returned it and resealed and sell it again claiming it to be new. Now I can't even login to the account because it was registered under previous customer. I can't reset because the local support for supplying help reset is just as useless as they never respond.

What a pleasure to finally be able to avoid loadshedding. ShareTech SA was able to give me a great hybrid solar setup at a good price point for my home. Im smiling ear to ear watching the sun run eveything in my house! The installers were done in one day with minimal disruption to me or even my power whilst I work from home.
