Cash Crusaders Mt Edgecomb

Poor customer service via whats app channel. I was interested in a second hand cellphone that I viewed on the Cash Crusaders Mt. Edgecombe website which was early in the morning. I selected the item's whats app link on the website and it opened up a chat on whats app. I did not get any replies on the chat for the item I wanted. I called the store and they advised me that someone will reply to the whats app conversation. I only received a reply after six hours. The response was that the 'device just got sold'. There is a lack of professionalism at this business place.

Absolutely Trash! I wouldnt even give them 1 star if I had the option. Don't use them. Mt Edgecombe branch offer you 5% of what the item is worth. The kid who served me thought he was to clever for his own good. I hope he never gets another job outside of cash crusaders.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKINGLY POOR SERVICE!!!I wouldn't recommend this store to my worst enemy!!!When I enquired about the availability of a certain stock item, I was told that they don't have time to check, and I should come in and check myself!If this is the way they conduct business, especially in this critical times, by showing away paying customers due to poorly mannered and incompetent staff, I would like to see this stoor close down.

Unable to get in contact with them. Websites says they're open. Travelled 42km to get there for a loan. Had to walk home cos they were closed.

Nice place when looking for good deals

Bought a guitar on Friday afternoon 25-9-2020.all excited. We don't know about guitar as my son wants to learn to play. Took it home and found that it has an old dent. Took it back on Monday afternoon 28-9. Only to be told that nothing they can do. We should of checked it. My young son only examined the top that looked nice. Who knew you where to look at the back as well. Wish that cc can pay to repair it at the least. Paid over r1400. Sad...

I had the privilage of dealing with Rashika and her Store Manager.They assisted in a friendly and prompt manner, making your store and brand really stand out. Thank you for the proffesional customer service, please keep it up!

I call the Mt Edgecombe store and at if the item was available and the woman continued to say you need to come to our store and check your self because they are very busy and could not assist meAlso like to add that the Phoenix plaza and pinetown were very helpful to me.I will advise people the customer service is absolutely bad to worst

HiI would love to thank Letanya(please forgive me for incorrect spelling) from the Cash Crusaders Mt Edgecomb store, for all her assistance in the successful purchase of my Dixon Orion Bluetoothe Speaker...I had called the store two days prior, along with another store , to query about stock availability regarding the product and her manor of approach, customer service and kindness made such an impact on me over the phone ,i was convince to buy my product at your store...Unfortunately i could not make it but i asked my brother to help me to go and purchase it for me and she was just as helpful and understanding.I have always favored Cash Crusaders products and Letanyas costumer service solidified my trust and favor to the store and its brand.Thank YouGerard Adams
