It's a great gym , amazing different machines and friendly staff. It's a great place to work out , I love it ❤️ ❤️❤️

I alternate between it, hazeldean and loftus Park depending on where I find myself. Not sure if I'm biased but it's 3rd choice after loftus Park and Montana

Do not set your foot in that Virgin Active unless you want a Fungal Infection. On the 24th of November the pool was closed down because someone took a dump in the pool. The pool was not cleaned properly and now my son who was taking swimming lessons there has a fungal infection. We have been stuggling to clear the infection for nearly 6 months and have not set our feet back into that disgusting place. They refuse to cancel my membership or apologize for their lack of proper hygiene. They also only clean their equipment with 2 sprays of hand sanitizer and think it is clean. YOUR EQUIPMENT IS NOT CLEAN

Awesome place friendly staff . Good atmosphere not too busy and also has some good equipment and some killer dumbells that go up to 50Kg which is nice . Machines are almost never broken and if broken it is fixed in rapid response . I recommend joining this gym .

Scam of a gym, fewer weightlifting equipments than Wonderpark. And it's more expensive than Wonderpark. Regretting moving from Wonderpark to Wonderboom

Good gym doesn’t have all the equipment but has the essentials. Clean and tidy. Just sucks that there is no backup power when load shedding happens.

User friendly except for no back up when loadshedding hits

I booked a class on the Virgin Active app, when I arrived here, the gym was closed due to loadshedding. A simple sms could have sufficed that the class was cancelled..To make matters worse when asking the gym assistant why they didn't sms everyone to notify of the class cancellation she lied and stated that the loadshedding schedule changes. We've been on stage 6 the last 2 days. This is pathetic I pay for this service and I wasted my diesel money.

One of the cleanest gyms in all respects starting from the changing rooms, floor, cardio and weight areas.
