I am writing this POSITIVE review for Bonolo, who went above and beyond to assist me. You've always been on top of things :) I haven't received that kind of service from anyone else at Debt Rescue SA.

Stay away.. You will pay dept for the rest of your life.. Your balances barely drop. Dept rescue doesn't even have the service to call a client that is upset.. DON'T GET DEPT RESCUE YOU WILL REGRET IT SO MUCH

Worst company ever - Bar none. They will negotiated with the companies you owe and do everything 100% up and till they start taking money Perfectly, BUT the moment you are paid up and the last debit is taken. . . . . then they do not give a flying f%#$^@#.I paid for 4 years NOT one even through COVID was I short or late. JAN 2022 was my last Payment.I have been calling them every month, for the last 1 year and 2 Months. so that they can get a paid up letter and clear my name.TILL TODAY NOTHING.

The worst company when you need their help to remove the debt review from your credit profile so unhelpful when they can't make any more money out of you in the big it al good and helpful new business at the end when you get stuck in this trap it a different story your life is at a standstill you are clear of all debts and can get credit because you have a debt revive flag on your name and if you contact debt rescue to remove it they are just going to tell you, you are not under debt revive whit them and not remove the debt revive flag that placed on your name.Update on my Review aboveI was contacted by:Memory Oosthuizen from Debt RescueHe managed to get my problem resolved and I want to send a bige thanks to him for the friendly and helpful services he rendered to help me resolve my query.

practically the most disorganized and criminal organization in the field. after months of calls and payments they could not complete a single task nor provide proof of the supposed payments they made. for months they keep sending you from person to person with no apparent knowledge before attempting to go dead. do not work with these criminals.

Credit where credit is due. Pun intended.Credit where credit is due. I would like to thank Debt Rescue for extricating myself and my wife from an impossible tangle of debt we managed to tie ourselves up in. I would particularly like to mention Trisha Govender for her patience and understanding in attempting to explain to a layman such as myself the confusing path that needs to be navigated in order to become once again debt free. She went much more than the extra mile, even to the point of staying in contact with me during her holiday break, helping us pass those last hurdles necessary to achieve clearance status. To anyone reading this, my advice to you is to say no to any debt offered to you. It is so easy to get into debt but, if like us you are easily lulled into a false sense that it won't be that difficult to keep up with the repayments, let me say here, that's not the case. We nearly lost our house and had to sell our personal belongings in order to keep the wolf and the sheriff from the door. We were peering down the black hole of a debt spiral and it was frightening. It really isn't that important to keep up with the Jonses, who may also be reliant upon the patience and expertise of Trisha Govender, for all you know.
