Best chicken I've had in a while! Authentic flavor, definitely worth going back for. I have been to the Pavilion and Ballito branch and the consistency remains the same. A must try for all.

Poor quality chips unlike when they 1st started. Also terriblly overpriced at R50 for a small portion plus sauce. Staff also chatted a lot and forgot my order . Needed.reminding.

Worst experience ever, a quarter chicken was literally 1 drumstick for R59.90 and that was supposed to be the lunch special when I asked the manager about it he's reply was because it's not on the main menu, is that even a reason...wow I was flabbergasted left very unsatisfied and will definitely not return and my friends and family will not either. The best part is later my friend called them to complain and in the background the staff were yelling oh its the same ones who were here complaining....wow that's what u call professionalism. Good luck bird n co cos u just lost a whole lot of customer's."

I actually loved Bird & Co. when I sat down at the Lifestyle Market because the food would always come fresh and it’s simply delicious.Today I made a quick lunch break with colleagues from the office, a colleague of mine (Cristina) called and ordered for all of us. She spoke to Samkhe, who was firstly - incredibly rude. The line was bad so my colleague kept repeating herself, to which Samkhe responded saying “I know I know” as if Cristina repeating herself was annoying her so much. She wasn’t very happy to take the call. When you’re ordering food, you don’t want to encounter someone who doesn’t want to speak to you. What kind of service is that? You should be happy to work at an incredible fast-food restaurant? To Samkhe, learn how to act professionally.. just because your calls aren’t recorded - doesn’t mean you won’t get caught out for having a bad attitude.Another thing. The food was so bad as a takeout!! Chicken strips are over done (hard and inedible) and the chips were soggy and unseasoned. This is not the Bird & Co. standards that I’m used to. It might have been unprofessional service on a random day. Not happy with this. The next time I come around, I hope you guys do better.

We collected our Chicken Wings order a little later than we planned so we asked Bird & Co to please put us some hot sauce since it would be dry as we eat it at the beach but they refused unless we pay R20 more. Shocking, since other chicken outlets would place extra sauce on the table. The cost of a wings meal increased by 20% recently and to ask for an additional 20% cost just for some more sauce is ridiculous and that too with an attitude from the Manager. Poor Service.

All 3 of us raved about how good the food was. We had 2 different burgers, a chicken flattie and a pizza. All served with a smile.We'll definitely be back.

The best chicken burger to date. Absolutely delicious. The patties are so real! A pure chicken fillet grilled to perfection. Staff are very friendly and accommodating as well. Nicely located in the food market. Quick service received.

Best chicken strips I've had from Bird & Co Ballito. Portions are exactly what you need. It's not tiny vs Florida road store. Ordered twice from Florida road and both occasions was not impressed with the tiny portion sizes & presentations.Will definitely return to ballito again.
