Worst service ever!!!!I wouldnt suggest them to anyone.Their client bumped me 17th of September. My claim still hasnt been attended to, I call everyday but they keep telling me everyone is on the line or out of office.

As a third party claiming from them against a client, they are less than helpful & have taken 6-months after the accident & 4-months after all docs were submitted, to attempt to finalise. Then when you get the offer thry want to bully you into accepting an offer which is less than expect. Overall my experience has been found to be pathetic! Would not consider being a client at all.

Cannot answer simply questions of cover. Unacceptable assistance.Is there anyone in Santam that can actually make a decision and help me. I have been a client for years. And I am highly unhappy

Beware of their annual review of your policy. 13% increase, increase of R1000 in your excess plus the value of your vehicle decreases, yet you have had no claims......

Very Bad service at Santam building insurance division - Home Assistance Emergency. Been dealing with Ntlantlanta with Ref no. 200429957. Santam sent a sms with ref number and an sms to say IF they need to replace my geyser there will be a excess. He sent a plumber company to my home and when they detect the problem, it was only a leaking pipe - then he informed me that Santam is going to send out the real plumbers now, the company who detect the problem cant sort this problem. The second plumbers he sent only put a bucket underneath the pipe. Not returning after 4 days I phoned Ntlantlanta and ask him what was going on...he let me know he will sort everything. Then the plumbing company phoned me and ask for co-payment. I ask them to wait until I confirmed with Ntlantlanta, because this wasn't a geyser replacement, only a leaking pipe. I phoned him 2 times while he was busy with other complaints leaving my work number to phone back...4 days after that and I am still waiting.....Now I'm busy getting quotes from other insurance companies ...can you imagine.... this is only a leak...what if it was a bursting geyser ...you're whole house will flood...you gonna wait forever for Santam !!!

Great service. I have been with Santam since I can remember. The most friendly sales personnel.Thina Motom has changed our qoute numerous times without any complaint from her side and tried everything to help get the premium as low as possible.

I am not happy with your panel beater's work. They messed with my battery and other things during the rapair of a rear bumper. They are ignoring my calls, I left 3 messages yesterday morning and they were never returned.
