Poooooor customer service Waited for a line a bit and when it was my turn the lady Fatima looked at me and turned away in short she seemed Raced as I Walked in the shop looking dirty wanting to buy a sumsung fold4 cash. Her action made me feel like am unwelcome in the store. Please improve on your customer service moeny from someone with dirty cloths from work and the one from someone with clean and neat cloths is the same the same money pays bills. On our way my wife made a joke about it saying cause I looked like that fatima thought I can't afford the phone cashPlease address that to all stuffThanks and regards

Pathetic is an understatement, if I could rate them 0, I would. I waited a week for feedback regarding my pending request, I phoned their call center about 10 times a day and they dropped the call each and every time. Eventually I had enough and went back into the shop just to find out the back of my ID is outstanding even though I did provide them with a copy. I was accepted however they required an upfront payment of R12000. I then decided to ask my dad to apply on his name for the phone - note that my dad has a credit score of 685. Firstly they said that he had an account that was in arrears in 2018 which was settled but therefor he was declined. They said they will get back to us within a week and as we expected they DID NOT. My dad went into the shop today then they sang a different song. Apparently he never had an account in arrears, it was only his bank statement that was outstanding. Anyways he was then approved also with the exception that he needs to pay an upfront payment of R12000. My dad applied that they scrap the upfront payment and he was DECLINED! They said you need to have an income of more than R50000 per month. Please do not waste your time at Vodacom. He went to Cell C directly after and he was approved, the phone is already ordered and they will contact us when we can collect. Thanks for wasting out time Vodacom.

A Young friendly black lady served me well. Everything she did was undone by the very bad service from a guy named Steven. When he had to backup my phone I repeatedly stressed that I can not loose the content of my WhatsApp messenges because I am a counsellor. He disappeared and nobody knew where he was. Someone else had to take over. And voila, I lost ALL my messenges. If your employees are not interested in your customers, why on earth keep them??? I am very angry!!!!!!

Poorly run - we had to ask to be assisted by the five or six staff members who were sitting chatting. Besides one other person, we where the only customers in the store.Bad service - the person who eventually decided to help was sighing and acting like he was doing me a favour. I let him know that his behaviour was unacceptable towards me, a paying (and paying over R1000 per month) customer and I walked out.

This store has fraudsters working in this branch, your personal information will be leaked, amended and you will find after a while that you also have contracts with MTN without your knowledge,Avoid by all means using a branch and opt to do everything online where security controls are better

Terrible service. I ordered a phone and was informed that stock would arrive within a week. It's been a month and I still haven't received my phone. The consultant said that he would keep me updated but I have received no communication. I understand that if there is no stock then they cannot do anything but the lack of communication is appalling. They do not answer their phones at all. When I went in to the store to enquire about the status of my phone, the lady was very rude and and not helpful at all.

After waiting for 20minutes, i was told i can not cancel an expired contract in store, and have to call in... Which, if you have tried this before, is really a nightmare.
