Horrible and poor service. Very slowly and unprofessional service from teller number 16 on Thursday 08 April 2021 around 4pm, very rude teller. Managers helpless as well. I don't not recommend the store to new shoppers.

Today during the electricity cut in town, we do our weekly shopping like we always do at Shoprite. Only to find out after getting to the till point, they say the card machines aren't working. Could you not think ahead and have someone at the door making this announcement instead? Thanks a lot Shoprite White River Management!
