I had my house painted in October 2018 by a company called Wondercoat. They gave me a ten year warranty. The work was done in double quick time because the workers don’t get paid until the job is finished so they do a rush job. The paint on the boundary walls started to bubble everywhere. According to the documentation, this is covered under warranty. It has taken me over three years to get to the owner called Tony Middleton who I contacted in February 2022. After discussing all the issues with the product and company, he wants me to pay again to have the walls redone. I simply cannot afford to pay twice especially for something that is covered by a warranty. And what happens when I’ve paid twice and the problem returns? Mr Middleton doesn’t respond. I’ve asked him to give me the paint so that I can get it done when I have the money. He still doesn’t respond. DO NOT deal with this company. The name Wondercoat is also apparently being illegally used by a guy called Ignatius Spies, according to Tony Middleton, who is no better. Stay away from any company called or associated with Wondercoat in its name. Should there be any updates regarding this situation, this post will also be updated.

Exceptional service and friendly staff. Product quality is of the best and very reasonably priced. I state this from dealing with Wondercoat and consuming their products over the course of 15+ years.

As a contractor I have been using Wondercoat paints for 20 years now, and will be for 20 more. Only ever had one product issue which was resolved the same day.
