CCVS JEEP Chrysler

I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a vehicle from Daniel of CCV Solutions in January this year.Daniel not only to me, but to third parties confirmed he went through the vehicle from Back to Front and fixed all problems. After the owner couldn't pay him for all the WORK he had done, the vehicle was taken by Daniel in lieu of payment.The vehicle went to him each time after breaking down which was 3 times and is still broken after he had it 3 times to fix.Daniel has since charged us after a quote of R2506 to fix brake pads, note less than 3000 km after purchase of a vehicle fully redone by him the charge was suddenly R1582 more. He forgot to tell us about the other cost so total R4588.Again 4 June the vehicle was leaking water at the front passenger, was taken to him but never fixed. He could not  find the source of the leak.6 June service light on. Daniel said its impossible as he serviced it and it only needs to be serviced in min 3000,km.19 July car breaks down and Daniel can't help.24 JuLy car breakdown towed at a cost of R2000 to Daniel at our expense. fixed? NO24 August car broke down again at motor show nobody there could see fault. Vehicle again towed to Daniel. EXPLANATION steering wheel wasn't properly turned. So this was missed not only by the driver, the people at the CAR show and the tow truck company which had to be towed it again to Daniel. FIxed? NO  Charged YES R809.Took the vehicle out of desperation to another workshop. The list is comprehensive and would cost R48 458-68 to fix. NOTE this excludes the service of R6900 that we have now done at this workshop.In short the vehicle was at CCVS and with the owner Daniel personally at least 3 times worked on and fixed". THe only problem is that it still does not drive

In simple my car gets used way to hard in my business. I have done lots of milage over last 10 years. Best Service destination for your 4x4 and cars by far. Service is great actual reason for review is my car has done over 120000km and after being at CCVS / Dan my car feels like the day I bought my car.

Always had a good experience at CCVS. Found Daniel to demonstrate care and integrity every time. He guarantees his workmanship and stands by his guarantee if there’s a problem. Would highly recommend them to anyone with an American SUV where an agent’s motor plan that has expired.

Very rarely do you get a mechanic that is capable and trustworthy. I have been sending my last three Jeeps here and have never been disappointed. Thanks Dan, Richard and team at CCVS for keeping me on the road (and off-road), I don’t trust anyone else with my Jeep.

My Papa took his old jeep that he is very attached to ro them for repairs. They had a thorough look at it and discovered that it was beyond their scope and would require a welder. Instead of charging him a huge fee for the inspection they called him and let him know free of charge. They also recommended a welder who they know can fix the problem. Many mechanics would have cheated him. Thank you for your professionalism and being so honourable. You can trust your Jeep with these guys.

Daniel and his team are par-excellent, their vision and mission is to keep you on the road ,and trust me they checked my jeep without any cent and told me that there is nothing wrong with it,I then requested service to be carried out and it was done record time, keep it up gentlemen, you were angels to me,I would recommend all jeep owners to visit them, BRAVO GUYS
