Absolutely terrible drive through experience, arrived to silence at the intercom with Noone at the pay booth then we had to actually call a staff member over to the window to just find out they socializing in the kitchen instead of working the drive thru

I bought a full chicken from Nandos Parkview/After eating the chicken awe had stomach and runny tummies.The chicken was not fresh and I know I asked the guy who sold ne the chicken if it was fresh and he said yes.Another thing he did not give me a receipt stating that the machine does not want to issue me a slip.I want to be addressed on these three issues:why sell me a chicken which is not fresh and why I was not given the receipt.This is dodgy.I want my money back.

Order took over 45mins a when I ordered from the counter. No one knew where my order was and they only started packing it when I arrived. Mixed up items. Even the quality of the livers sauce was like water consistency and they forgot to add the pap. Everything was a mess in this store. I even thought they had just opened that week

Worst Nando's in SA. Second attempt at ordering food here. Waited 45min in the drive through. Flavor of the ordered food was completely wrong (ordered lemon & herb, received hot) and then had to wait in the parking for another part of the order for 10min. Food was also ice cold when we eventually ate.Unacceptable.

We used to live next door in Woodlands and would visit this Nando’s every week. This shop had a very nice reno since the last time I was there and is looking great. They added a bunch of extra seating and seems to have loads of delivery bikes. The staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic! Will make sure to stop there again when I am close.

Worst “Roasted veggies” i ever tasted! I guess they ran out of veg and gave some nasty tasting carrots! Even the chicken had to colour! Definitely not flame grilled! You parkview will not see me again! Order number 194 as you kept my slip!

I enjoyed my meal so so much..Credit card is accepted..It is situated in a very safe area, there is large space of parking..Provisions are made for wheelchair users, the view is beautiful..There is an outdoor sitting..Pricing is fair enough..Customer service is perfect..There isnt much wait..They allow reservations as well...
