Horrible service, rude staff, and bad communication.We bought a Baic D20 Demo model that was advertised with warranty and service plan. After almost a year of very tarty reaponse to mail from their side and rude staff, they finally just sent a mail saying it was never sold with service plan. I also want to mention, they were supposed to refund R800 when we bought car, because I had to do registration and roadworthy myself, which cost more that R800 (that was never refunded) Contact me if you would like more extensive information.n

Bought a 2022 Peugeot 2008 from Eastvaal Motor Group. I don’t know where to start. The staff were excellent, absolutely incredible service, they went out of their way for me in every aspect and they gave me a great deal. I received the car the next day, full tank and very clean. Thank you guys for everything. Definitely recommend!!

I haved phone them for a throttle body I need for my car. The disrespect to customer is so disgusting I will never do business or recommend anyone to go here. They wher e really rude on the phone. I will rather use another place with better customer relationships.

Best to just pass this Branch and go Middelburg or even Secunda. The only good people that use to work there all left.
