Avoid if at all possible.Never open during loadshedding.Unhelpful staff.You will be refused service on the whim of the pharmacist.You would be better off at Dischem. And that's saying something.

Nothing has changed. Load shedding at 10:30, 22 Feb 2023, Heathwsy has several BIG generators, lifts were working and Pick n Pay, next door open, but Clicks doors closed and everything in darkness on the store.

When I went to the dispensery they asked to see my ID and took a photocopy without my knowledge/permission, and when I asked why, they couldn't provide a reason.

Useless, went there to fetch medicine because I was feeling very unwell, as I walked into the store the power went of, I got my prescription but then couldn't pay for my medicine because the power was off, couldn't withdraw money because none of the atms in the Centre worked, I figured to go back later during the day,l only to to find out that they closed their doors at 10 because they had no power, they literally were only open for 1 hour the entire day.
