Cashier was absolutely horrendous to us as clients and then she stormed out of the store. The regional manager had the gall to offer is 2.5% discount by means of appeasing us as we were making 2 purchases on the day as well as ordering more items to be brought in from another store.Will not be shopping here any longer.... Terrible service :-@ its a 1 *star from me...

Have always had a wonderful experience at this continental linen but when I went to exchange an item, which was missing one label (not the original packaging) I was told I was not allowed to exchange it. I thought this was poor service after being such a loyal customer over the years.

I LOVE this place. Great place for all your bedroom and bathroom needs. Hotel collection bedding, Egyptian cotton galore, at very competitive prices, enabling you to recreate a hotel room in your own home. Pure Luxurious bliss!When I found this gem I've not bought anything bed/bath related from anywhere else. I highly recommend. They always have some type of promotion or 2 for xxx" deals

Extremely friendly and patient store. Manager is a gem. He spent a lot of time and patience with us and treated his staff with respect. Unfortunately, they weren't a perfect fit as they did not have what we wanted in our color. But he was so nice we did consider buying anyway. Fortunately, the head ruled and we decided to revisit our color scheme. But it shows the level of service this store provides.Will definitely visit again.
