On the first day that we were allowed to buy clothing I quickly wanted to buy winter pajamas for my daughter. I fell in line in front of Pep and was told that I had to go outside the mall and stand in the queue again. I already entered the mall?? I was in an hurry as my husband had to get to work as he is an essential worker. I then left and bought all I needed at another store that actually wanted me to buy from them. Don't chase people away, not now!!

Very rude staff and unproffessional. The sales Assistant Marcia is so rude and doesn't have a clue on customer service.These kind of staff are making you loose customers.U need new staff.

I shop at PEP because they have a variety of clothes for childres ans polyester shirts that you can sublimate on. This shop is clean and well organized. Keep it up.

I like that key west has a pep and pep home. I really enjoy shopping there. Their clothing variety it's good as well as their household goodies and its affordable.

It's very unorganized. The mark down stuff isn't marked down. The clothes are all mixed. They need a better shop layout

Very few customers. Not crowded and therefore no need to worry about social distancing. There is sanitization at the door.

The service is pathetic, 6 people in front of you 1 till open, if it wasn't that my wife needed he measuring cups I would have just walked out
