the level of service offered here is exceptional bad and awful. those employees are so incompetent and they do not serve the people. my experience in this place was awful. if you want traffic related service i strongly suggest you go to another traffic department because at this department you are going to be turned down everyday.

Was at the transport department at 8:20am . Told to try again the following day as they have already closed. Recommended queuing time in 6am, offices open at 8am.
