Legal Sense is pathetic, and their only goal is to collect your monthly premiums, as when your Company is in need of legal services, every time your claim is repudiated on the basis that you have little prospects of success (their magic escape clause). Yet when you then take your matter to another firm, they don't have the same view.They have also for more than a year after we have indicated that we no longer wish to use their services, debited our account, and never repaid it.Santam and also FNB have legal insurance policies for business, and here they actually provide the service you are paying for.
