They advertised a fridge. I said I would pick it up, they agreed on a time. I traveled from far and when I arrived they had sold it and just shrugged their shoulders. Terrible attitude and very unprofessional.

What a pleasure buying from Cyrils. Experience was top notch. Bought an amplifier without even seeing it and had it couriered. The amp was exactly as described and Pamela was so quick to confirm any details I needed. If you haven't, give them a try, it'll be a great experience.
