So my boss found this place online while looking for someone to repair the Godin fire place place unit which had some rust and needed some new parts.I called and spoke to Freddy to book the first visit asking him specifically if we can fix the Fire place even getting my boss to speak to him to double check he agreed and said he wants an upfront payment of R650 which I thought was a bit weird however we paid.The day of the appointment he didn’t pitch letting us know that his car broke down ( oldest story IN the book) send Pictures for proof is my theory these days.Finically he arrives he does what we have found out to be some shoddy very bad fire place work , then he says he will order the pins for us , which were R60 coming fromCape Town he never called us after 4/5 days of dealing with him. Really bad customer service. We ended up in a quarrel with him hanging up. He cut out losses.We finally found the Braai and Fire Specialists who have made us aware of the extent of what actually needs to be fixed. The rusted piece which Freddy fixed was a very bad job the whole pipe should actually be replaced.Be aware of people on the internet , this guy didn’t deliver at all.... we kept running after him to complete a job he said he could do. Dololo
