Investor here and must say I am quite happy.

Poor workmanship, roof leakage for the entire stay, developer tried fixing it, but they ain't winning. They have been fixing roofs since I moved in here, that says a lot. Renting a 3bedroom of which only 2bedrooms can be used as my bed can't go up the stairs to the main bedroom, developer acknowledged the staircase defect. People are being ripped off, I've seen people moving in and out, the don't stay long. I will never suggest that people should invest here. This is a sub-standard housing project, that is dresses up, totally overpriced for such a lot of development defects. As I'm typing this review, I can't sleep because the sound of rain water streaming into my bedroom is keeping me awake, but each month I'm expected to pay for this dump.
