Im hurt im devastated im livid with your service i bought a car on the 18 April 2023 Hyundai accent 2016 on the 28 April car was overheating i took to Hyundai Roodepoort they diagnosed the car radiator cap was faulty cool they fixed and put the new one. The car was perfect. Again on the 7th of June 2023 it overheat again and took to Hyundai remember car is under warranty according to CMH but they didnt pay i had to pay for repair. Now challenge im facing SA warranty in order for them to help me they need 1st owner to confirm due to popi act CMH IS FAILING TO HELP ME Yet THEY SOLD ME A CAR. WORSE Experience EVER

Purchased a vehicle from them (new) serviced it here and vehicle is still under warranty. Car broke down. Volvo assist ordered a tow truck to bring the vehicle in. No help whatsoever offered by the service and maintenance department at this premises upon arrival until a lady named Nicolene eventually was called by the Chery personnel they share a premises with. Worst experience regarding service and customer assistance received from this lady. Had the attitude of “we told the toe truck we’re full, why don’t they just go away”. She was dismissive and unwilling to help and assist or even explain the situation or how things work in situations like these. Got annoyed that we wanted to speak to her. According her, there is no space at their facility and apparently you have to make an appointment when your car unexpectedly breaks down (like you could have predicted that happening) . No matter how full they are, she could have explained the situation or liaised with volvo assist when they called the dealership, not to bring the vehicle there or offered to assist with making arrangements to take the vehicle to another branch or move a car from a parking bay. Sales departement staff was kind enough to assist so that we didn’t have to wait outside in the burning sun. Had to call Volvo assist to explain the situation at the dealership and sort the matter out with the guy from the towing company and volvo assist. Stay far away from this dealership. Their parking bays are too full to help. No warranty will save you from terrible service.

Not helpful at all. Employees not comitted. Do not give any feedback on the progress of your vehicle. Only sell vehicle with no after care assistance when your vehicle have a factory fault. Will definetly not recommend them

Called in for a part that was needed urgently around 11:30am, spoke to Mandla, said he would call back with a price.. I called back about 45 mins later just to find out that they closed at 12... Definitely did not care that it was urgent as I was stuck.. Basically he waited for time to run out.. doubt I'll buy a Volvo again... After Sales is terrible..
