Very quick and efficient! Enjoyed that all paperwork was done with no problems.

A nice and quiet placed. The staff are very friendly, willing to take the extra mile to put a smile on the customer. The job done was professional, and yet to my surprise very quick. I left the place smiling.

Very fast and effective service, have made use of them before and was very happy with the service and staff, however on my next visit I delt with a different receptionist and she is neither friendly nor talks to you as client. As a client i would like to be explained what is going on and what is going to happen but with my experience now im not happy... to fix this you might want to greet you clients and actually talk to them and not treat them like they don't exist. If it wasn't for my previous visit where i was told where I could sit and wait i would have been totally lost due to failure of your staff accommodating their clients.And to top it all off the technician doesnt even wear shoes

Firstly they wanted to replace my VW windscreen with aftermarket product. Then the correct windscreen was ordered. The fitment was not professionally done, had to get them to come back to fix below standard" work. Stering wheel was scratched but they insisted it wasn't their fault. I will never make use of them ever again."

Thank you to Elzete and the team for assisting me today, service was great! Best chip repair in town, defiantly better than the hack job that the Toyota dealership did!
