Breathe Barre Cape Town
So pleased to have found this gem of a studio. The classes are varied and offer fantastic barre, pilates, yoga classes, but also great suspension pilates which gives an incredible and fun workout, and aerial yoga - which I would recommend everyone trying as it's an absolutely brilliant way to spend an hour! Thanks to all the instructors - your classes are excellent and small enough to feel very personal.

I love everything about this studio - the staff and facilities are top notch and I always feel like I am getting the very best personal support during my sessions. So far have only had classes with Zach and he is amazing!

Love the classes at Breathe Barre! Fiona brings a great energy to the class. The classes are kept quite small and so there is a lot of focus on your form and technique which has been very helpful. Highly recommend!
