We could not reach our service provider at 2am and found telecoms solutions online. Their senior technician was sent out to our call center. He arrived at 3am and had our system fully operational in 35 minutes very impressed

I called Neeraj to enquire about VOIP solutions for my home office.Because I am a single user he suggested I don't spend money on one of his services, but instead rather leverage off of technologies like Skype for international calls etc. He also provided me with some intelligent technical suggestions to assist me with being able to work efficiently while working remotely - for when I do work out of office or from another city etc.Overall his service and response over e-mail was impressive.
