Amazing service. Great advice!Always friendly staff. Owner isn't as friendly as staff. So like to deal with the staff.. Wayne helped us alot. Great shop. Just abit packed.. Definitely know their ropes and rigging. Also do some custom sowing in the back!!

Been going to these guys for years and they have always been super helpful and friendly. They know there stuff and offer expert advice. They have a range of ropes, from climbing and boating, to hobbie string and threads. They are easy to spot on the main road with enough parking for a couple customers. You most likely to be there alone or with one or two other customers which is really nice if you needing assistance from the guys.

This shop is a little jewel. It's got wonderful cordage and ropes, both functional and decorative. It never disappoints, and is very good at keeping items in stock. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommended it

Came in to purchase M6 setscrews - which were in stock. I assume it was a senior member of staff was on the phone struggling with somebody who wasnt phoning him back and he was clearly getting pretty hot under the collar. I queried the price of the product because the smaller size was cheaper BUT the larger size was also cheaper. Tried to give me a story that sounded very iffy" to say the least and when I pressed him on the subject the response was "Look - we dont set the prices" - basically it is what it is. I said that if they were not going to be reasonable I would go elsewhere - which I did. So thank you to that member of staff - I got the setscrews WITH nuts for less than half the price he wanted to charge me. I wont be back."
