Nice, restful place we stopped by to have brunch on our way from George to Cape town. The food was tasty and the portions were quite sufficient. Prices were reasonable too. They have a store full of local goodies, bakes, various jams and sauces.There is a play area for kids and parking was available at the location.

We stopped for a leg stretch only to find bran muffins, date balls, koeksisters and delicious coffee all under the care of Ash, who was so friendly. Oh, and not to mention…- perhaps most excitingly of all- real hollowed-out Ostrich eggs! All at a very reasonable price. The outside picnic tables are surrounded by well-maintained gardens. 10/10, thanks Ash!

What a pleasant lunch time pit stop at this farm stall restaurant. Large portions and very tasty, then lots of goodies to take on your journey with you. Enjoyed it very much.

Loved this place just off the N2 about 3km from Heidelberg. Wanted to visit to try the rooster brood we saw on the sign.What a special place, lovely setting with some roses and bougainvillea in full bloomThere is seating inside and outside as well as a kids play areaThe staff were super friendly and we got our very BIG rooster brood in no time and very cheap considering. Will definitely visit this farmstall again on our travels
