Greystone Guesthouse

A huge thanks to Brenda and Madi for a week of blissful stay at Greystone. Truly was a privilege to be welcomed by them. Room was clean and welcoming, I will definitely recommend Greystone Geusthouse. A memory I will keep close to my heart.

Brenda is such a friendly host, loved our stay there. The rooms are very clean and it's very quite... Can't wait to go back again next month.

You should definitely stay here! If only because the woman who runs it, Brenda, is amazing! She is so incredibly welcoming and helpful. We actually didn’t choose this lodging, it was booked as part of a group tour, and we were the only ones of our group staying here. Our first day we had to wake up very early to go to Addo, and Brenda packed us food to take with us, which was awesome, since we were missing breakfast. She even went out of her way to meet my dietary restrictions, even though I told her she didn’t have to, she is just a very accommodating person. Then when my sister didn’t realize no taxis would be running on New Year’s Day and didn’t have a way to get back to the b&b, Brenda actually sent someone from the guesthouse to pick her up! It was so lovely. Our room was nice as well with a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. 10/10 highly recommend.

Really nice place, Brenda the owner, makes everything to make you feel great and very helpful lady.The room was cleaned every day, good and comfy bed, hot shower always working, a TV, microwave, kettle is provided in each room also.Breakfast. Fresh fruits, yogurt, juice, coffee, milk, 6 types of cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage and toast.Best place we've stayed in south Africa for a very good price, little bit more than the backpackers (for a couple). Worthy.

I was welcomed by a very rude lady who got irritated by every little thing. When I brought to her attention the issue about plugs that were not working, I was told to go ask my government". And that was her way of telling me it was load shedding. I had to check in somewhere after a week."

Host is very racist. Rooms very small, and made out stay uncomfortable.

We spontaneously went by the guesthouse and were greeted very friendly. The room was simple but sufficient for 1 night. Our laundry was even washed at our request, although no laundry service is offered. Highly recommended for a stay in Jeffrey's Bay!

Very clean and tidy. Two lovely, friendly and accommodating women run it. Due to travel, we got there quite late at night and was still greeted by a smiling face. Even got a FREE UPGRADE to a room with sea view.Needed to extend our stay and they were happy to help.
