Cheerio Gardens

We ate at the restaurant. The view is amazing. The food is mouth watering. The restaurant has a view of a big dam and forest. In the middle of nature, it is breath taking. Unfortunately there is no baby changing station in the bathroom which made it really difficult for me when i had to change my baby.

This garden is one of the most beautiful venues with walkways and breathtaking scenery. Trails are very well marked and safe. Restaurant with views of the pond. I enjoyed every minute of my visit.

The cafe and gardens look beautiful, but sadly, we did not have the best experience. They need to communicate with guests and to be more informative. We sat down and only when ordering the waitress informed us that they cannot serve all the food as they have loadshedding, so we settled for a sandwich and when wanting to pay got told they can only take cash as the card machine is offline. While this is understandable, it would have been good to know this upon arrival. It was understaffed and having to pay an entrance fee just to go to the cafe seems silly. There are also no signs to get out of the place- we nearly got stuck along with two other cars trying to find the exit.

This is most probably the best time of the year to experience spring with all the blossoms exploding into bright colours from you whites to pinks and reds and everything combination in between. the setting is wonderful for a walk, picnic or to enjoy something from the tasty treats and pizzas prepared in the quaint restaurant. You have not been there yet, put it onto your bucket list, and those of yo planning a garden wedding, here is a spot to seriously consider. Beautiful, just beautiful.

What a lovely view! Great relaxing atmosphere. Dog friendly. Pizza was really good, thin base and crisp. The pecanut pie did live up to the expectations set by previous reviews. Also take a stroll around the gardens.

There are 3 parts to this place: Wedding venue, restaurant and forest walk. All of which feature Japanese Cherry Blossoms and Azaleas.This place is great to have a morning walk followed by a great restaurant experience.It is beautiful all year round, but best during Spring.The only thing I would mention is that the food is a little over priced. Otherwise really great to have fun and chill or take your family to when they visit.

Lovely place. Did not walk around the grounds cause of the rain. I will return to make a day of it
