Often get my car washed here. On the last two occasions my vehicle wasn't ready after giving more than two hours. The person cleaning the vehicle -the same person on two occasions- seemed to be more interested in socialising. I hope this improves.

The vehicle was still extremely dirty inside. Dash was not wiped down, the headrests dusty and consol was not cleaned. It was not even vacuumed properly.

Took other cars in before mine which meant that mine was not ready on time. Then rushed to complete it. Polish was not removed properly. Interior was rushed and not cleaned properly.

Terrible. No service. Staff eating in my car while cleaning it. Dropped vehicle at 12h15 said I need at 13h30. Got there staff all dancing and no supervision.

Unhelpful and unfriendly service resulting in scratches to paint work. Staff clearly untrained and started scrubbing a dirt covered car without washing it. Avoid at all costs.

I was very disappointed with the car wash today. I always take my car there for a quick wash and they do a decent job. Today I get there and the guy wants to charge us extra just because the car has a little dirtier then usual. When we asked him what the price was for polish a few weeks ago he said R120 and today he wanted to charge R170. A full house car wash for an suv is R70 and everyone pays that and today because my car is extra dirty due to rain he wanted to charge us R120 for wash only. Seems to me like he wanted lunch on us

Boot not even opened so was still dirty when we arrived back and was only seen by us when we went to place our parcels in it. The door jams had not been cleaned. Then driving out saw that the dash had one wonderful clean stripe where a cloth had run over but the rest was still dusty. The R160 for a sub standard clean"."

I often have my car washed here as it is convenient. They do an ok job I have had problems a few times where they spray a ton of polish on the doors and dash and dont wipe it in properly so everything is left sticky. They also take a long time so don't expect a quick wash. Make sure you check all your mats have been returned as ours have been forgotten to be put back in.
