Interesting conferences with leaders/speakers from across the globe. Experienced instructors and down to earth, fresh, relaxed yet beautiful studio environment. Whether you enjoy yoga or pilates or any movement class offered, it is worth a visit!

Having an awesome time. Staff are so friendly.. Casey Jones helped me out tremendously as i was lost completely. Not from Cape Town, a friend recommended us going here and havent once regretted it. For sure a place to check out. Thanks for a great weekend starter...

Vegan Goods Market - Great outing! Delicious selection of food & drinks. Pet friendly, so bring your bunny. Enjoy your purchase on the cool grass in the adjoining veldt. Feel free to bring along some chairs or a picnic blanket. Cone early to avoid some of your favourites being sold out. Hours 10:00 - 15:00. Payments in cash (all) or Snapscan (some).

Just did an amazing moon class at the Conscious Movement Conference with Sam. What a heartwarming class. I so admire Renee and Bryan for creating such an incredible event. Oh and the Sunshine Food truck has the best juices ever. Hail to Elisha the Zimbabwean vegan.

Arriving at The Source today for the 7th Conscious Movement Conference was like arriving home. Well organized, warm welcomes and a host of treats to unfold. The top caliber training opportunities are endless and I feel so honored to be part of this event. Finding your still point in this well-held space is easy whilst having fun!

Best studio I’ve ever been to! I traveled all the way from Zambia just to be there. Renee & Bryan are the sweetest people & all their staff are beyond kind. Can’t wait to return!
