Very happy with quick turn around for my highly anxious Spaniel, Simba. In and out within an hour-and-a-half. His summer cut looks stunning.

They are the best ever groomers. Bongi is an expert in scissor cutting and her attention to detail with my doggie that is not an easy customer"My biewer yorkie does not like brushing or being washed but Bongi knows how to handle him. They are quick clean efficient 5 star experience everytime."

My first visit was good and I liked the mannerism of Justine. That gave me a good sense she would take care of my boys. I always wait outside and watch. And she did. Since she went on maternity leave i did not like the attitude of the other lady responding to my whatsapp and lying about the fact that my dog doesnt sit still. Which she mentioned when she cold not commit to grooming him in an hour whoch we agreed to earlier in the day. As she herself on a previous visit said he one of most discipline and lime I said I watch from outside. Thus service there me off and ever since I travel further away to another parlour than this which is 1 min from me.

Compare to other places here in the western cape by far this is the best, I've been to petworld I've been to absolute pets but none can compare to le Perky Pooch. Awesome staff amazing service. My fur baby was looking so amazing. And the price is not even bad. Most reasonable ever!! Love this place

Really disappointed in the service I received today....Used to be a loyal client, but found my Yorkies traumatized and anxious when I went to pick them up- my teacup Yorkie was left in the cage with feaces covering her (necessitating the staff to wash and dry her again)- something that NEVER happens! Also, her collar was given to another client by the staff (who knew that she was stealing" someone else's property)

I took my dogs to get a normal wash and nail clipping. One dog came back with bloody nails and both dogs had a skin infection from this place. 100% would not recommend, clearly they are not sanitary and don't even have the decency to tell you if they have made a mistake during grooming.
