Hi. I'm not sure who you were dealing with at the time. It is sad how staff can ruin an experience. As a business owner myself I can speak of staff who let you down when you employ them with trust and you end up feeling betrayed when they don't have the skills or personality they showed during the interview.I can tellI you that since the first time I went to the store, it has been revamped and the new receptionist is so friendly and polite.Good job guys!

Just wanted to check I have a jvc that lately came on and off took to some repair shop in howick and they told me that it was the motherboard and it was hard to get and also I have a 32inch sinotec with cracked screen can you be able to fix and please give me a rough estimate of how much it would cost

The girl that answered the phone was loud and rude. Even if you want to take your TV here she will just turn you off with her rudeness. Advice.. please make sure that the person that answers the phone is friendly.
