Absolutely love this place!! Super easy to book, drop off and collect. The photos + communication whilst we are away is top class!Also so thankful that they take power breeds, as many places do not! Yogi loves you guys.

We adopted a 4 year old africanus/basenji mix in November 2022. He started going to Superwoof in December 2022 and it was hard initially. He was dog shy and very scared of other dogs, as well as being insecure about us, as a new adoptee. The incredible staff at Superwoof spent so much time with our Monty, doing one-on-one time with him and helping him socialise that this is, hands down, his favourite place. Every week I get cute photos and videos of him and his friends.As soon as his daycare harness goes on, his excitement cannot be contained. The drop and go guys are friendly, professional and Monty adores them. He often mopes when we pick him up after a full day because he had to be fished out of the splash pool to go home, and wasn't ready to stop playing.Bianca is wonderful and extremely accommodating. We've had to reschedule or cancel bookings at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and her personal touch and professionalism has always been greatly appreciated.If you are not sure about which daycare to use, definitely send your pup here. You will not regret it. Life can be hard to manage and work around between work commitments, family, cleaning, loadshedding and trying to get enough sleep to do it all again tomorrow. The one thing I never worry about is Monty. When I drop him off at daycare, I know that he is in the best hands for the job and that the incredible humans at Superwoof will love and care for my boy as much as I do.

Brilliant doggy hotel. They are consistent in updating you and really love your dog. Couldn’t have chosen a better “holiday” for my dog. So happy with their service and so happy that I chose them to love my dog while I was away.

You think your dogs are happy at home? You are wrong, you will see your dog smile when they spend time at Super Woof! We had our two fur kids visit the hotel for 17 nights and they didn't want to leave. The staff are fantastic and the space is so much fun, your dog will sleep for 2 days when returning home. I cnanot praise Joanne and Bianca enough for an amazing amazing amazing product.

Bianca and the superwoof team are nothing short of incredible and they are the true superhero’s in this story. Superwoof has become our fur child’s home away from home. He loves going to superwoof. The team are so professional,loving and caring. I Wish I could give them 10 stars out of 5 as they truly go above and beyond to assist in every possible way. From booking your pup in to keeping you updated and informed they truly are the best. Thank you superwoof!!!

I've taken our old fur child Pepper for grooming at Seapoint twice now, and she looked beautiful eachtime and was a happy old girl. Love the attitude and service. Their service lives up to their incredible branding. Thank you Superwoof.

Couldn't recommend them enough! Booking is a breeze and pleasure, the team are all super friendly and they know the way to a dog parent's heart: photos and videos with cute captions all day to keep you up-to-date. Our dog is very happy there and they were really good about easing her in!

I had to leave my shih tzu at Superwoof for 9 days. Not once did i wonder whether he was ok. I received updates and the staff ensured to follow instructions on cleaning his eyes regularly. I also loved the fact that he had so much fun with his mates. Thanks to all the staff who are professional, efficient and truly care.
