Reception is not warm at all. Almost every time I go to the office space I come across a cold welcome.

Pathetic company to partner with! I read some of the reviews, mostly just mentioning that the office looks professional, well that is basically where it stops, and most of them aren't tenants? I have rented office space with Regus and can, with experience, confirm that they are not a reputable company; we have been struggling with our account from day one to the point where our Attorneys have to argue with them daily. The company actually has its own complaint website called regus-sucks.com, with thousands of complaints, and previous customers (tenants) confirm that Regus stole their Retainer (two months rent)! This is just one of the many issues and problems!
