The worst service providers ever. The manager is very rude. Not once i went in the store for paxi services they always find a reason not to send ny parcel but with the same parcel they say its wrong i always send it by flora centre with no excuse. Pep Florida they ask you to pack and seal nicely if u pack they say open we want to see the contents and eventually refuse your package so whats the point of having a nearby pep and dont use it and go other peps somewhere. Pep florida is not convinient the staff members are rude they wont serve you nicely.. I have so more than 2 bad experiences for this stor i would rather go to westgate or flora centre

I found all beautiful winter clothes for my toddler. I also found the toiletries for all of my family members.

This pep has the worst customer service in the country ...their service is so bad that u can't tell the manager from the staff....and I'm not saying it as just a customer I'm saying it as a professional retail manager. It is indeed a sad fact.

Worst service i have ever experience.. Even the people working here doesn't know what's going on in the shop.. And to get someone to help you is such a mission and when they do help you eventually, its like they doing you a favour!!

Pep 3rd ave behind goldman pep.: hours on the door 8 -5. Got there well after 9am and still closed. Staff sitting n having coffee. Seen me at door. I left and went to goldman pep. full staff behind the counter but only 1 till open and queue long. Service and staff training needed all round. Sad

I went to that shop so many times and their staff alway have rudeness when they talk. At till there is a short lady there she is always agry and then now the lastdraw it is when I had to go in the fitting rooms their locked and no one is there to attend and when final someone came to open my son went in straiht after the other person came out as the door was still open they had gurds to ask us who let us in. I mean we were next on line and therevwas no one to usher us in. Should we wait untill they decide to comeback even though they left us waiting.

Yesterday I bought vodacom Sim card, they ddnt say how will the simswam card thing would work. When I got home I inserted the vodacom Sim card it ddnt work, this morning I went to ask how does it work, the cashier answered with some attitude how it works, I went out and used other persons vodacom Sim card to do the Sim swap, the vodacom consulted told me the Sim card ts not working it has been deleted from the system, they have to give me a new one. I went there again to tell them but the cashier argued with me until the security guy came to assist, and guess what the security guy went to their system to check the Sim card I got a new simcard without being a asked any questions the security guy new the cashier's work n he did for me. Useless cashier stood there without saying anything. the security guy had to sort out the problem I had, if you can please make sure you use people with customer care in your store all of them have an attitude to the customers, it was not the 1st time I had a bad experience there.

Went to withdraw cash from their tellers, que was moving slowly but eventually got to the cashier who has no respect for other human beings. I greeted her and she just stared at me and I explained that I was there to withdraw cash she asked is it ABSA or standard bank my response was I'm not sure as the old man(84 years) that had sent the money was not sure which one he used. I requested that we try ABSA and it could not go through and she ordered me to call and enquire as it's not ABSA so I tried explaining that we have failed with ABSA and the only other option is standard Bank but she insisted that I make the call and standard bank it was. On the second issue while I was in the store a guy behind me stole socks and after he paid for 2 items he walked out and the security arrested him upon leaving the store and brought him to the store manager who released the guy on a warning and to pay for the socks, this behavior should be condemned by all means

Staff needs a bit training as they are not really customer friendly,especially the one last cashier. Didn't show patience and tolerance

There is a short light skinned lady at your store who is very impatient and has an attitude. Hostile employees damage your store image. Plus there's always a maximum of 2 tills working which is not ideal for the customer.
