Dis-Chem Pharmacy Raslouw - Centurion

Big shout out to Riana @ Dischem Raslouw! My husband picked up both his and my meds on Friday but didnt realise that is both of ours. I went in on Saturday morning to pick up mine but it showed on the system that it has been collected. Riana went out of her way to resolve the matter, she was very calm & professional! Thank you so much Riana, you are a superstar!

Queuing for 45 minutes now. 3 of the 11 counters open. Unacceptable

Since the New Manager Alida took over the store shopping in dischem Raslouw has been amazing. The staff are the friendliest and more professional.Alida is always on the sales floor which is amazing and if I have a problem she is right their to assist. Well done Alida and team i commend your dedicated service.

The store itself is great but the clinic is terrible. You make a vitality booking a week in advance but wait extremely long to be helped. After waiting 1.5hrs, they tell you that the Discovery Vitality booking and their system does not link and that you cant really book a slot at that store. It is first come first serve. Really disappointing.

Will never set foot here again. Used my Dischem card at mall@55 a few days ago with no issue after standing in the queue for 30 min. I basically had to convince the assistant my Dischem card I always use is linked and that I am not the Mrs he sees on his screen and he had an attitude. Worst service ever.

Cashier so rude. She is doing you a HUGE favor to do her actual job. Needs a attitude change.

The worst and unskilled pharmacist one can ever get. They are rude and cannot work with people. Everytime I get the worst service. They also want to prescribe the wrong medication (I had this problem more then once).They don't count the correct pills. I had less pills for almost three months. They will just grab the prescription out of your hand without greating you.

I had some bad experience in my life but this one tops them all. Because my prescription was dated more than a month ago, and it is NOT a repeat. Your chemist refused to provide the med, quoted and printed out the act, which clearly showed that she did not understand it. She also told me to find another chemist. Thanks Dischem! I will. I am sure my money and support will be welcomed elsewhere.I sm also not leaving this here. The sheer arrogance and rudeness of your staff does not inspire brand loyalty. Its Raslouw branch if you are curious. Bye!!

The service at the Dis-Chem Raslouw dispensary is horrible. This Dis-Chem is the closest for me to get my chronic medication. However, if I can I will not go to this dispensary. No matter the time of day there is always a que. I have never seen more then four dispensers at a time. On Friday I had to wait 20min in the dispensary que and there where only three dispensers. They didn't even seem concerned as the que was almost at the cosmetics isle. Donate those computers to schools at all the other terminals since you don't use them and we the clients will not expect more than the bare minimum when it comes to in-house service.
