Please do yourself a favour and no matter how desperate you are do not use this Agency.Xiena was a horrible agent and she ignored me when I wanted my deposit back, I had to consult a lawyer for advise and involvement for them to pay me my money back, I still did not receive the full amount. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

Bad agency to do business with, I wonder how many people struggle to get their full deposit, the kitchen cupboards was so rusty I bought paper to cover it so that it looks abit neat. The agency and owner promised the entire year that they'll fix repair the badly stained bath, toilet and shower rail, it never happened. When my daughter moved in th door was stuck, the agency got a locksmith to fix it, they now bill us for it.... I would not recommend their services to anyone, look at other agencies,

Xenia was exceptionally helpful and understanding. She was a brilliant mediator between myself and owner of the rental, and ensured that both parties' needs were met. She did her utmost to respond and assist in a timely manner, whenever possible. The best experience I've had with a rental agency so far. Would highly recommend.

Harcourts have been managing my property in Grahamstown. I find their service appalling. My tenants complain about damp and running toilets and nothing is done. The first time I get to hear about this is from other estate agents. The damp now is so bad as their is a leaking pipe that has not been attended to. If Harcourts did what I paid them for, this would have been picked up ages ago and it wouldn’t be costing me so much to fix. They take my money every month but they do not do their job!! I would not suggest using them

Xiena was a horrible agent. Ignored me when I wanted my deposit back even blocked my number. Didn't even come to give the keys when I first arrived found the apartment opened.You can get Harcourt agent Xiena if you that desiparate and not black. Wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

Would give no stars if I could. How are they still allowing Xenia to work here when she consistently provides such disgusting service ? PLEASE never rent a property from her
