At the hazel wood shopping center I inserted a R20 note into the parking machine which it didn't read. My friends then put in coins of the correct amount and our ticket was issued. However, the machine swallowed my R20. When I called help, the servest worker was so rude upon arrival. He was addiment not to help us and accused us of lying. Even though there was a camera looking at the machine, he refused to check it. He was the most awful man and if he thinks that he can treat us like that because we were 4 girls who wouldn't complain, he is wrong.
