Thaba Manzi Ranch

Once again we had the privilege to stay a few days at Thaba Manzi Ranch. What an amazing time we had. The rest was exactly what we needed from the City rush. Thanks Esther for making our stay again absolutely unforgettable. You are a STAR.

Wow what a amazing hideaway. Esther the manager is an absolute amazing host. We loved every second of our holiday at the ranch. The animals are amazing and on your doorstep however its quiet and relaxed as we had our pets with us aswell.We had normal loadshedding and unfortunately when the power is off there is no water however we quickly made a plan to cover for those times. We took some solar lights and battery back up for charging phones.Yes there are many flies but we took 2 cans of raid and it really wasnt the end of the world. (We visited for 9 days)Its really an amazing breakaway from the busy hustle and bustle. We will definitely visit again soon. Its a proper farm with comfortable accommodation. Really lovely and relaxing.

Accommodation not very clean.Although stated as a pet friendly facility, the pets have direct access to the farm animals in the veld.Had to keep my pets locked up in the strangely build self catering unit most of the time.

It was a fantastic family outing , the staff was helpful , everything was very fine and loved the out of city feeling

Esther and William were so friendly and helpful but facilities need upgrading. Loadshedding, flies and water posed a huge challenge. Lovely place if these issues could be sorted.

Filthy accommodation! Dog hair on beds, cockroaches in unit. No staff on-site .

Had a fantastic stay there.Ester took great care of us. Facilities were basic, but functional and spacious.Farm animals and sounds all over, amazing sun rises and sunsets.Beautiful all round, especially considering the rate. They even provided firewood for the first night.Each pair of units does share a dividing wall, so a noisy neighbour could be a challenge, which wasn't the case on my trip.I'll definitely be back.

Place is really rundown and not well maintained. Furniture is old, grease stains on the covers. Cupboards falling apart. Paint peeling. No walking trails marked. Place is generally unkept. Terrible experience
