I ordered 6 sets of shoe racks from raiel, the 900 sets fitted no problem. The 600 set is another story, after a month of trying to get this sorted i took a set out and bought it to my factory, the rep came to take a look and his solution was to fit it in a way that doesn't work, the rack comes forward and the draw slides stay behind, i would pull them out completely if they weren't all fitted already. I don't believe in giving my clients sub standard work so this would mean i would have to cut 6 new gloss boards at R1500 a sheet. Now i have to come up with a solution to a problem i shouldn't of had. I went with raiel expecting that i was getting a better quality product only to find that it worse then the cheaper products. needless to say i will never buy from them in my life even if i can't find what i want anywhere else. i would rather do without then have to have such pathetic service and quality. If is what they happy supplying at almost R1000 a set of runners with the shoe rack then i would be better off with another supplier. Stay clear of the 600 shoe racks as apparently they have no intention of changing a thing on how it produced . You have been warned
