I went to Clicks Menlyn Maine for vitamin supplement and experienced the worst service. shelves empty, dispensary staff full of negative attitude, very condescending and unhelpful. So called Pharmacists sit at the counter behind their terminal and watch to see who is going to help the waiting customer, when they eventually decide to help a waiting customer they walked so slowly they almost fell over from a stationary position. Poor service ethic and clearly no management. Will NEVER go there again. Stay away.

These guys are closed during load shedding while most of the other shops are open, they probably won't be around for much longer anyway.As for their service : maybe they can spend the time they are closed during load shedding to improve their people skills !

I think, unless absolute need necessitates it - I won't go to this Clicks ever again. For some or other reason it smells like a public toilet when you walk into the store, it is hot, the shelves have limited stock and I do not get the impression that speed or urgency is the order of the day when standing in the queue at the pharmacy. Though, this is not a unique problem to this particular Clicks, it's not something that is different compared to the rest.

I went to your store yesterday on a Monday laate afternoon around 4pm and man was I impressed with one of your staff I think he said his name was Lungelo or something.He's been with the company since 2019 and he's Soooo passionate about what he does and listens to what a client needs and cares enough to go the extra mile and offer the solution one is seeking.You need to invest in people like that and give him more for his growth.
