Moody staff in the morning. When you ask for something is like you bother them.

Worst customer experience ever. So, here I am at the store. Went, to the shelf Drosty is advertised R145, however, when I get to the till it rings R179. Then I ask the cashier about it, she calls the supervisor, then the supervisor says I must come to her where she was helping another cashier with the stuff I paid for, mind me the cashier that was helping me called her first. Then I took my stuff went to her, I explained, then she tells me that we were supposed to use the xtra savings card. I tell her that it’s not advertised that way on the shelves, all other savings specifically state that when you need to use the card. She just dismissed me and told me I need to use that xtra savings card, no further explanation.

Manager very rude, products of inferior quality and rotten meat and vegetables. The place reaks of death. Floor is dirty with grime and I saw a dead rat between the shelves. Walking into that shop is a health risk on its own. I will never risk my life to get a few groceries again!

To busy. Parking horrible. But not as expensive as other shops. Have more itams then other shops. So can find more of what you need. Staff some helpful others not at all.

The service here is poor. There's always a long line when you pay.

You wait for too long as it's only few cashiers open even though they see it's busy. They don't care about customer efficiency

Prices are great, quality great, and the staff is very friendly and very helpful. We asked them to help us with a large order of a product and a group of personnel were immediately there to assist us with great energy, enthusiasm and teamwork. It's great to support such an organisation

We are now towards festive season where every one is looking for lower price on persnal care ,home care,perishable and condiments pls try our product as they are affordable and good quality.
